Our coffee roasting system is an Air Roaster. The Air Roaster suspends the beans in the roasting chamber on a bed of hot air creating a very evenly roasted coffee with every batch. The tumbling action, caused by the circulating hot air, removes the unwanted bitter "chaff" surrounding each coffee bean. Roasting delicious coffee to it's "optimum" point requires constant monitoring and adjustment of the roast times and temperatures to compensate for the differences in moisture content, density, age, and the origin of each different coffee.
The end result is perfectly roasted coffee. The Trio roasting process combined with the highest quality coffee beans from the world market equals better tasting coffee.

To accomplish these goals, Trio Coffee sells quality coffees from small farms all around the world; including countries like: Brazil, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Colombia, Kenya, Tanzania, Indonesia, Mandheling, New Guinea and Sumatra... as well as special beans and blends from places like Hawaii and Italy. Our grinders and espresso machines are designed and assembled by La Pavoni in Italy.
